Sunday July 9 2017 Tywyn, Wales

We left London on the Tube from our home base, Paddington Station.  We had to get to Euston station to catch the Virgin Train to Tywyn, Wales.  Our wonderful host, Brian Evans (a friend of the Wetterau family), met us at the train station.  He was warm and welcoming as soon as we met him.  He opened his home up to us and entertained us with stories of his past.  At 86 years old, it is amazing that he can remember names, dates (and even addresses!).  We had dinner at the Britannia Restaurant in Aberdovey.  The food was delicious, and the view overlooking the estuary was breathtaking.

Not too much luggage. I think we all did pretty good considering 3 and 4 weeks away from home!
