September 9 2016 Tower of London & Thames River Cruise
Friday, Sept. 9, 2016: We got to the Tower of London early to see the Crown Jewels first thing. Then we did a Beefeater tour. We also used the self-guided audio to tour the rest of the grounds. It was VERY interesting! After the tower, we had lunch at Hummus Bros (Yum!). We caught the City Cruises Thames River Cruise at Tower Pier and took it to Westminster Pier. On our way home, we stopped at the Three Kings Free House, which is just off the tube stop in our neighborhood of West Kensington.
